The bicycle storage room for the Suites near Rathausplatz is easily accessible by stairs or elevator.

  • Access: It is located on the 1st basement floor (1. UG) behind a locked intermediate door.

  • Directions: Always keep to the right. The bike room is immediately on your left after passing through the intermediate door.

  • Code: We will provide you with the access code no later than the day of your arrival.

  • Safety Note: We kindly ask you to lock your bicycles inside the room. Please note that we cannot assume any responsibility for the bikes.

🧺 Laundry Room & Drying (GoldenKey Suites near Rathausplatz)

You will find the washing machine and dryer in the large laundry room of the GoldenKey Suites near Rathausplatz (Steingasse).

  • Access: The room is accessible by stairs or elevator (1st basement floor). You enter the basement area through a locked intermediate door. Always keep to the right.

  • Code: We will provide you with the access code no later than the day of your arrival.

  • Appliances: Please use only the washing machine and dryer at spots 4 and 5 (the anthracite-colored appliances).

  • Ironing: An iron and ironing board are provided in your suite's wardrobe or bathroom cabinet.

  • Drying: Please do not dry laundry inside the suites. A clothes rack is available for your use in the communal laundry room.

For GoldenSuites guests: Please use the anthracite-coloured washer-dryers.
