The beautiful house on Tieckstraße was built around 1920 and is defined by its typical Neustadt charm. In 1998, the building underwent extensive refurbishment, including the addition of the top floor where the exclusive GoldenSuites Apartment is now located.
Ideal Location: The accommodation is centrally located in Dresden's Neustadt, yet enjoys a quiet setting. Guests of our stylish holiday apartments can easily explore the Neustadt on foot. The banks of the Elbe River are only about a ten-minute walk away—perfect for a relaxing stroll. The Semperoper Opera House is approximately a 25-minute walk away or can be reached quickly by tram. Numerous sights, restaurants, bars, shops, and cultural highlights are in the immediate vicinity. This location offers the ideal starting point for discovering the diversity of Dresden.
Arrival and parking
Resident parking spaces are available on both sides of Tieckstraße. For longer parking, we recommend the Goldbeck parking garage, which is only 350 meters away (about a five-minute walk). The maximum daily rate (0-24h) there is currently only €7.50 (as of November 2025).

Excellent connection to train & local public transport
The Dresden-Neustadt ICE train station is only 950 meters away and can be reached on foot in about 13 minutes.
The nearest tram stop, Bautzner/Rothenburger Straße, is practically around the corner - just 200 meters from the holiday apartment. Lines 6, 8, and 13 operate here.
You can reach additional lines (3, 7, and 9) with an approximate seven-minute walk at the Albertplatz or Carolaplatz stops. Crossing the Augustus Bridge, you can reach Theaterplatz in only two stops, where you'll find Old Town attractions such as the Semperoper Opera House, the Palace Square (Schlossplatz), and the Dresden Court Church (Hofkirche).

Sleeping comfort: We place particular emphasis on sleeping comfort. Modern box-spring beds and high-quality sofa beds are a matter of course for us. Up to six people can stay overnight in our suites.
Convenient room arrangement: The flexible floor plan ensures a high degree of privacy, even when occupied by several guests. It features two bedrooms, one of which can alternatively serve as a living room. The separate kitchen connects to both bedrooms, and the bathroom is likewise accessible from both rooms.
