🔑 Guest Access & Hygiene

  • Access: On the day of arrival, we will send you your personal access code and a short guide. Access is largely barrier-free, with an elevator.

  • Hygiene 🧼: The apartment is professionally cleaned after every booking. Bed linen and towels are hygienically processed by a laundry service—allergy-friendly bedding is standard with us. Fresh towels are provided.

🚗 Travel & Parking

  • By Car: The apartment is in the pedestrian zone—please do not drive directly up to the entrance. A parking garage is located approx. 350 meters away, and our guests receive discounted rates there.

  • By Bicycle: A bicycle cellar is available (accessible by elevator). The cellar area is secured by a code lock and includes dedicated bicycle stands for our guests.

  • By Train: Augsburg Main Station is only 1 km away. Munich can be reached by ICE in just 27 minutes.

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the start of the reserved parking period.

Important Information

Access to the parking area is via Karolinenstraße and then through the pedestrian zone. We will provide a special access permit for your vehicle.

During major events (such as the Christmas Market, Augsburg Summer Nights, Light Nights, or other city events), vehicle access may only be possible during the morning hours. In such cases, the parking fee will, of course, be fully refunded.

Extra Beds (Available to Reserve)

  • Single Bed: A comfort extra single bed (90x200) can be added to the living room. Please note: To accommodate the extra single bed, the desk will be moved to the end of the hallway.

  • Cribs: Up to two cribs/baby beds (60x120) can be reserved, both of which fit in the living room.
