Our 60 sq. m. apartment accommodates up to 6 people and 2 additional toddlers—perfect for city trips, short breaks, or relaxing days with family and friends. Two separate bedrooms with comfortable King-Size beds and high-quality hotel bedding ensure restful sleep. An additional, comfortable sofa bed is available in the living area.
Kitchen - fully equipped
The fully equipped kitchen with a stove/hob, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils invites you to cook together or prepare quick meals. A new washer-dryer is available in the kitchen.
Conveniently: The kitchen is separately accessible from both sleeping/living rooms, ensuring that no room needs to be used as a walk-through passage, thereby maximizing privacy.

Additional amenities
You will find a private Smart TV with Netflix in every room - perfect for streaming your favorite shows in the evening. Fast internet goes without saying.
A modern main bathroom and an additional guest toilet (half-bath), complete with fresh towels, ensure extra comfort.
Included: We provide high-quality bedding and towels. You will also receive a welcome set with coffee and tea as well as a small amenity kit.
Optional: Late check-out is possible depending on availability and can be booked for an additional fee. Cleaning during your stay can also be reserved for an extra charge.

Important notes
Accessibility: The apartment is located on the top floor. There is an elevator in the building, but please note that the final floor is only reachable via stairs.
Blackout and Heat Protection: Every room features roof windows with blinds/shutters. On hot summer days, we recommend keeping the blinds down for optimal heat protection.
