The building was newly constructed in 2018, and the apartment was newly & luxuriously furnished in 2025. The apartment is located just above the Steingasse pedestrian zone, right where it meets Rathausplatz.

Take the elevator to breakfast! Breakfast and snacks are available daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. The flagship store of the extremely popular bakery and patisserie Wolf is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the start of the reserved parking period.

Important Information

Access to the parking area is via Karolinenstraße and then through the pedestrian zone. We will provide a special access permit for your vehicle.

During major events (such as the Christmas Market, Augsburg Summer Nights, Light Nights, or other city events), vehicle access may only be possible during the morning hours. In such cases, the parking fee will, of course, be fully refunded.

  • Living room (XL Box Spring Bed): The bedroom features a modern, hughe box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) with a full-length topper. The mattresses underneath are split into two sections, providing optimal comfort for two people.

  • Premium Sofa Bed (Living Room): In the living room, the sofa can be replaced with a premium sofa bed for two people upon request. Comfort is never compromised: a slatted base and a 7-zone Sensoform mattress (split into two sections for enhanced comfort, 180 × 200 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Flexible Extra Beds

A baby cot can be placed in the living room. The GoldenKey Suite “Fuggerei Augsburg” accommodates up to four adults, plus one or two young children.

Allergy-friendly & Climate

Optimal Climate Control: Each room is equipped with electric shutters as well as curtains or pleated blinds for optimal blackout and heat protection. The apartment also features a new air-conditioning system with a hygiene function.

Premium Bedding: The duvets are designed for year-round comfort, and you will receive multiple pillows of different sizes. Allergy-friendly bedding is provided as standard.
